Between promoting children's novels, trying to find reviews, and researching for a new novel, I am launching a Baby-2nd Grade picture book:  ABC World of Creatures!  Its a colorful, animal alphabet book which includes creatures from around the planet - not just the four legged kind.  Jellyfish and other sea creatures, as well as large mammals - like elephants - appear on screen 'pages' for children learning the ABC's.  Its an e-book -  $0.99.

As a parent, myself, I created the ebook thinking how great it would have been for the parent pack, back when my children were young.  Driving on long excursions, waiting in long lines - where ever children can get a little impatient or fussy - this book on the phone diverts attention and is even educational; plus, it doesn't add another reason to carry a larger bag!

We can all make a difference in our world.  Many of these species are not on the endangered list, but need our protection around the world.  This book teaches - like a trip to the zoo, although maybe buckled in a car seat during a commute - about the variety of species in the world and that preserving and protecting our planet is important.  A basic message, but the pages charm and delight, all for under a dollar.
